AGENDA DATE: November 3, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Signature Authorization Form for the Washington
State Military Department
BACKGROUND: Darlene Mainwaring recently retired from KITTCOM after 30
years of service. Mr. George Long is now the Director/E911
Coordinator of KITTCOM. The Board of County
Commissioners previously submitted a letter to the Washington
State Military Department advising them of the change in
Directors.
INTERACTION: The Signature Authorization Form will replace all previous
forms and reflect the personnel changes for the FY20 SECO
County Basic Service Operations Contract. Upon approval Mr.
Long will be authorized to sign requests for reimbursement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Signature Authorization Form with the Washington
State Military Department.
