AGENDA DATE: October 20, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Letter to Mr. Adam Wasserman, Washington State
Enhanced 911 Coordinator.
BACKGROUND: Darlene Mainwaring, E911 Coordinator at KITTCOM will be
retiring from her position on October 29, 2020 after 30 years of
service.
INTERACTION: Darlene Mainwaring notified the Kittitas County Board of
Commissioners office that Mr. George Raymond Long II will be
serving as the Kittitas County E911 Coordinator effective
October 21, 2020. She indicated the Washington State E911
Coordination Office needs to be notified of the change by the
Kittitas County Board of Commissioners.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve signing a letter to Mr. Adam Wasserman, Washington
State Enhanced 911 Coordinator, notifying him of the change in
Kittitas County’s E911 Coordinator effective October 21, 2020.
