ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County and Hopesource. (Effective date: 10/15/2020 – End Date: 10/15/2021
with option to extend if needed.
BACKGROUND:
The PSA between Kittitas County and Hopesource made to allow Kittitas County the exclusive
use of three units at 801 6th Ave in Ellensburg, WA for housing of individuals and/or families
under isolation or quarantine orders due to COVID-19. Units will be occupied solely by referral
from the County for the period of 12 months after the notification of Service Activation.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved October 12, 2020
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved October 15, 2020
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County and Hopesource. (Effective date: 10/15/2020 – End Date: 10/15/2021
with option to extend if needed.
