AGENDA DATE: October 20, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing to consider the
adoption of the Annual Construction Program for
2021 and the Six Year Transportation Improvement
Program for the Years 2021-2026.
BACKGROUND: Public Works has prepared an Annual Construction
Program for 2021 and a Six Year Transportation
Improvement Program for 2021-2026.
Due to the Governor's OPMA Prohibition, Public
Works solicited comments via Press Release on
September 15, 2020 with a presentation along with
comment form on the Public Works webpage. The
comment period ended on September 29, 2020 with
one comment received. Staff is proposing no
changes to staff's proposals based on public
comment that was received.
INTERACTION: Public Works
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing on November 3, 2020 at 2pm
local time to consider adopting the Annual
Construction Program for 2021 and the Six Year
Transportation Program for the Years 2021-2026.
HANDLING:
Return one (1) original to Public Works.
ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing; Draft 2020 Annual
Construction Program; Draft Six Year
Transportation Improvement Plan.

205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider the adoption of the Annual
Construction Program for 2021 and the Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the Years 2021 - 2026.
