ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the resolution to approve the contract
amendment to the professional services agreement between Kittitas County Public Health and
Kittitas County Health Network.
BACKGROUND:
The contract between Kittitas County Health Network and Kittitas County Public Health
(KCPHD) is established to allow KCPHD to provide services for Kittitas County Opioid Use
Disorder Prevention, Treatment and Recovery project.
-The Contract is amended as follows: Under “Recitals” section C, #1 Project Scope of
Work is changed.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on 09/28/2020
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on 10/01/2020
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the resolution to approve the contract
amendment to the professional services agreement between Kittitas County Public Health and
Kittitas County Health Network.
