AGENDA DATE: October 6, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Modification P0002 between the
Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office for period of
performance from 05/01/2021 to 04/30/2022.
BACKGROUND: The Modification P0002 with Bureau of Land Management is to
exercise Option Period (1), for the period of performance from 05/01/2021 to 04/30/2022
in the amount of $25,000.00. As a result of this modification the value of this purchase
order is increased by $25,000; from $32,500 to $57,500.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge a Modification P0002 between the
Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office for period of
performance from 05/01/2021 to 04/30/2022.
