AGENDA DATE: October 6, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Commissary Partnership
Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Summit Food Service.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and
Summit Food Service. By this agreement, Summit Food Service shall be granted the
exclusive right to provide commissary services to the Kittitas County Corrections Center
in the form of food, beverages, goods, merchandise, and supplies.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Commissary Partnership
Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Summit Food Service.
HANDLING: Please return (1) original to KCSO. KCSO to provide a fully executed
agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by vendor.
