KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 6, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Commissary Partnership <br />Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Summit Food Service. <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and <br />Summit Food Service. By this agreement, Summit Food Service shall be granted the <br />exclusive right to provide commissary services to the Kittitas County Corrections Center <br />in the form of food, beverages, goods, merchandise, and supplies. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved this agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Commissary Partnership <br />Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Summit Food Service. <br />HANDLING: Please return (1) original to KCSO. KCSO to provide a fully executed <br />agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by vendor. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
