AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: October 6, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Modification P0001 between the
Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office.
BACKGROUND: The previous Modification P0001 acknowledged by BOCC on
08/18/2020 has been nullified by BLM and replaced with this Modification attached.
The change is reflecting the CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) 00060. BLM contract
writing system doesn't allow them to add additional funds to the existing CLIN.
Therefore, they had to create a CLIN in order to pay for the additional LE support in the
base year. (Note—The 00060 line was added to page two of the attached Contract).
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge a Modification P0001 between the
Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office.
