Funding is contingent on the <br />state's receipt of its 2020 annual award from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development. <br />Prior to grant contract execution, this letter allows you to incur costs not to exceed ten percent of <br />your award for eligible administrative and public services activities after July 1, 2020. Eligible costs <br />will be reimbursed by Commerce after the grant contract is executed.
