KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 6, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Designate Parke Creek <br />Road MP 7.34 to MP 11.64 as "Primitive Road" pursuant <br />to Revised Code of Washington 36.75.300 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Recently the Board established unopened County Right of <br />Way at Parke Creek Road (MP 7.34 to MP 11.64) onto the <br />public road system. The existing road is gravel and <br />transitions to earthen. Public Works desires setting the <br />appropriate level of annual maintenance by designating the <br />road as being "Primitive" pursuant to RCW 36.75.300. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Designate Parke Creek Road MP 7.34 to MP 11.64 as <br />"Primitive". <br />HANDLING: <br />Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Mark R.
