ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve DCYF and County Agreement on General Terms
and Conditions
:BACKGROUND: The Department of Children, Youth and .Families Juvenile Justice and
Rehabilitation Administration administers juvenile offender programs
funded by the State for Washington State Juvenile Court interventions
resultant from youth being found guilty of offenses. This DCYF and
County Agreement on General Terms and Conditions updates the
current contract with additional terms and conditions.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved as to form the
contract.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the DCYF and County Agreement on General Terms and
Conditions
HANDLING: Request signed original documents be returned to JCA to pursue
DCYF signature and subsequent return of an original fully executed
document to the BOCC for County records (I only need one original).
