KI:TT.ITAS COUNTY <br />Juvenile Court Services <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 6, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve DCYF and County Agreement on General Terms <br />and Conditions <br />:BACKGROUND: The Department of Children, Youth and .Families Juvenile Justice and <br />Rehabilitation Administration administers juvenile offender programs <br />funded by the State for Washington State Juvenile Court interventions <br />resultant from youth being found guilty of offenses. This DCYF and <br />County Agreement on General Terms and Conditions updates the <br />current contract with additional terms and conditions. <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved as to form the <br />contract. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the DCYF and County Agreement on General Terms and <br />Conditions <br />HANDLING: Request signed original documents be returned to JCA to pursue <br />DCYF signature and subsequent return of an original fully executed <br />document to the BOCC for County records (I only need one original). <br />ATTACHMENTS: County Program Agreement Consolidated Contract FY 20-21, DCYF <br />Agreement Number 1963-59052; DCYF and County Agreement on <br />General Terms and Conditions, DCYF Contract Number 2083-91031 <br />and Letter <br />LEAD STAFF: Katrina Mankus, Juvenile Court Administrator <br />
