RE: Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) - General Terms and Conditions
Agreement for signature.
Dear County Partner,
My name is Rachel Denney and I am the HQ Contracts Team Manager for the Department of
Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF). I am currently renewing the General Terms and
Conditions Agreement that governs the Agreements you hold with DCYF (such as County
Consolidated Agreements with Juvenile Rehabilitation, Client Services to DCYF clients on
behalf of Child Welfare, Jail Service Agreements with Juvenile Rehabilitation etc:..).
The General Terms and Conditions have not changed or been updated. These are the same terms
that you have signed previously with DCYF and with the Department of Social and Health
Services (DSHS) when our Department was under DSHS prior to the merger. Enclosed are two
copies of the General Terms and Conditions Agreement for signature. Please return signed
copies to my attention at:
