(via WebEx) <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk <br />of the Board I; Lisa Young, HR Director; Tristen Lamb, Public Health <br />Administrator; Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending September 25, 2020 was <br />presented. <br /> <br />REQUEST PUBLIC RELATIONS ADMIN POSTING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Lisa Young, HR Director presented the Board with advertising options <br />in addition to the County Website. The Board determined they would <br />like to have have the job posting in the Public Relations Society of <br />America for 30 days at $359.00 dollars and an additional posting in <br />the AWC for 30 days at $200.00 dollars. <br /> <br />REQUEST PSA – KITTITAS CO. & DH PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator presented the Board with a <br />Professional Services Agreement for consideration. She stated that <br />it’s a CARES eligible expense and would be a Spread Kindness, Not <br />COVID-19 campaign and the 12-month retainer would be to support <br />Public Health and the Economic Recovery Group and Kittitas County <br />with incident response messaging and distribution, such as COVID-19
