Absent: Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Neil <br />Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; <br />Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Director & Tristen Lamb, Public <br />Health Administrator. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 3:30 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 10 <br />minutes to consider matters affecting national security. No action <br />was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 3:40 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 3:40 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider matters <br />affecting national security. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 3:45 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 3:45 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider matters <br />affecting national security. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 3:50 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
