SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 3:30 P.M. SEPTEMBER 28, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith & Vice-Chairman
Laura Osiadacz. Absent: Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Neil
Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Greg Zempel, Prosecutor;
Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Director & Tristen Lamb, Public
Health Administrator.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 3:30 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 10
minutes to consider matters affecting national security. No action
was anticipated.
At 3:40 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 3:40 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider matters
affecting national security. No action was anticipated.
At 3:45 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 3:45 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider matters
affecting national security. No action was anticipated.
At 3:50 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
Meeting adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
