COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON

SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 4:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 23, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Project Manager/Interim Maint. Director and
Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION PUBLIC WORKS
At 4:01 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10
minutes to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of
real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding
such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No
action was anticipated.
At 4:11 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Direction was given to Director Johnson to proceed with a Purchase &
Sale Agreement for Unit #32.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:11 p.m.
