SEPTEMBER 23, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste Director/Project Manager/Interim Maint. Director and <br />Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 4:01 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10 <br />minutes to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of <br />real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding <br />such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price.
