09/15/2020 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING <br /> TUESDAY 2:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 15, 2020 <br />Board members present via WebEx: Chairman Brett Wachsmith and <br />Commissioner Cory Wright. Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others present via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor <br />Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of <br />the Board II; Kay Kresge, Fiscal Analyst; Judy Pless, Budget & <br />Finance Manager; Doug Fessler, Network Administrator; and 1 member <br />of the public. <br /> <br />Kittitas County is currently in Phase 3 and in person participation <br />is prohibited. The public was encouraged to join the meeting by <br />joining a WebEx event online. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING DECLARE EQUIPMENT SURPLUS AUDITOR <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />declaring County surplus property to be removed from the County <br />records. <br /> KAY KRESGE, FISCAL ANALYST provided a Staff Report. She said she <br />had provided a list of the assets that are broken, junked, traded or <br />sold previously and need to be removed from the Asset Tracking <br />System. The list included miscellaneous items to be sold on <br />PublicSurplus.com; items to be removed as clean up to the inventory <br />list; and four Mobile Homes and 900 N. Alder House. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2020-151 DECLARE EQUIPMENT SURPLUS AUDITOR COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-151, to <br />Declare Equipment Surplus to the County. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH <br />seconded.
