COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 2:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 15, 2020
Board members present via WebEx: Chairman Brett Wachsmith and
Commissioner Cory Wright. Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others present via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor
Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of
the Board II; Kay Kresge, Fiscal Analyst; Judy Pless, Budget &
Finance Manager; Doug Fessler, Network Administrator; and 1 member
of the public.
Kittitas County is currently in Phase 3 and in person participation
is prohibited. The public was encouraged to join the meeting by
joining a WebEx event online.
PUBLIC HEARING DECLARE EQUIPMENT SURPLUS AUDITOR
At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing to consider
declaring County surplus property to be removed from the County
records.
KAY KRESGE, FISCAL ANALYST provided a Staff Report. She said she
had provided a list of the assets that are broken, junked, traded or
sold previously and need to be removed from the Asset Tracking
System. The list included miscellaneous items to be sold on
PublicSurplus.com; items to be removed as clean up to the inventory
list; and four Mobile Homes and 900 N. Alder House.
THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2020-151 DECLARE EQUIPMENT SURPLUS AUDITOR COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-151, to
Declare Equipment Surplus to the County. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH
seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:04 p.m.
