(via WebEx) <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk <br />of the Board I; Amy Cziske, Treasurer; Jeanne Killgore, HR Rep.; <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending September 11, 2020 was <br />presented. <br /> <br />DISCUSS COURTHOUSE COMMITTEE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith asked the Board to help him address the questions <br />posed by the Clerk of the Board Julie Kjorsvik to put some <br />parameters around the new Courthouse Committee. The Board determined <br />they would collect applications until the end of the month <br />(9/30/20). They would like 5 members one from each District and two <br />At-Large Positions with development experience and or history of the <br />building. They determined that they would have Patti Johnson, Solid <br />Waste Director/Project Manager/Interim Maintenance Director be the <br />lead staff for the Committee if she was up for it. Chairman <br />Wachsmith said he would follow up with her and discuss options <br />regarding meeting frequency. Chairman Wachsmith stated he would like <br />additional time to consider whether or not a BoCC Member would Chair <br />the Committee and there was discussion on the applicant from the
