KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: April 21, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Revised Professional Services <br />Agreement between Accurate Electric Unlimited and the Kittitas County Jail to replace <br />the existing CCTV recording system and application server. <br />BACKGROUND: The current CCTV camera system at the jail is reaching the end of its <br />operational life. Viconnet Version 8 will no longer be supported by the end of 2020. <br />Upgrades to the CCTV system began in February 2019 with the replacement of the <br />control stations and software so they have the capability of being upgraded to Windows <br />10. AEU now proposes to replace the existing CCTV recording system with anew <br />application server and recording server which will be integrated into our current LAN <br />system, such that management and viewing of video can be accomplished at a County <br />provided workstation. <br />**The agreement signed April 21, 2020 did not provide for the cost of any applicable <br />permits, fees, and sales tax in the final project total. This revised version corrects the <br />omission of that language. ** <br />INTERACTION: This Proposal was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Revised Professional Services <br />Agreement between Accurate Electric Unlimited and the Kittitas County Jail to replace <br />the existing CCTV recording system and application server. <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed original to KCSO. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
