I think this is fine-approved as to form. I think the
existing termination clause, because it gives the
county the ability to terminate with or without an
incident of breach, gives the county the ability to
terminate in the face of the pandemic or some sort
of civil tumalt. The county will need to pay for
services rendered/expenses incurred prior to such
notice of termination, but that only seems fair.
