ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the resolution to approve the contract
amendment to the professional services agreement between Kittitas County Public Health and
Walla Walla County Department of Community Health.
BACKGROUND:
The agreement is entered into by and between Walla Walla County Department of Community
Health for services relative to the Youth Marijuana Prevention and Education Program.
Amendment 2 adds $12,500.00 and extends the contract end date to June 30, 2021.

Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on 8/28/2020
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on 8/31/2020
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the resolution to approve the contract
amendment to the professional services agreement between Kittitas County Public Health and
Walla Walla County Department of Community Health.
