ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Agreement between Kittitas County
and Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health for Jail Based Services.
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and
Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health. The provider will supply a qualified
Practitioner who will provide mental health related assessment and recommendations for
specific inmates of the Kittitas County Corrections Center, as requested by KCCC staff.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved the Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Agreement between Kittitas County
and Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health for Jail Based Services.
HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff's Office to provide a
fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by vendor.
