KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: 1, 0?0a0 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Agreement between Kittitas County <br />and Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health for Jail Based Services. <br />BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and <br />Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health. The provider will supply a qualified <br />Practitioner who will provide mental health related assessment and recommendations for <br />specific inmates of the Kittitas County Corrections Center, as requested by KCCC staff. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved the Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Agreement between Kittitas County <br />and Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health for Jail Based Services. <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff's Office to provide a <br />fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by vendor. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
