Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />September 1, 2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 15. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to <br />channel state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department. The Amended Consolidated Contract Adds a Statement of Work for the following: <br />• ELC-COVID 19- Effective June 1, 2020 <br />• OICP-Promotion of Immunizations to Improve Vaccine Rates- Effective July 1, 2020 <br />Exhibit B-15 Allocations amends and replaces Exhibit B-14 Allocations as follows: <br />Increase of $63,977 for a revised maximum of $844.192.00 <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 5, 2020. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 11, 2020. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 15.
