ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 15. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020)
BACKGROUND
The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to
channel state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health
Department. The Amended Consolidated Contract Adds a Statement of Work for the following:
• ELC-COVID 19- Effective June 1, 2020
• OICP-Promotion of Immunizations to Improve Vaccine Rates- Effective July 1, 2020
Exhibit B-15 Allocations amends and replaces Exhibit B-14 Allocations as follows:
Increase of $63,977 for a revised maximum of $844.192.00
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 5, 2020.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 11, 2020.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 15. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020)
