BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020. <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR THE BULLFROG ROAD PAVEMENT <br />RESTORATION PROJECT CRP #3OO-20 AND AUTHORIZETETE PUBLIC WORKS <br />DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The call for sealed bids supporting the Bullfrog Road Pavement Restoration <br />Project was authorizedby the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners on July <br />21,2020; and, <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids in accordance with RCW <br />36.77 020 Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on August 12,2020 at 9:00am at the Kiuitas County <br />Permit Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, Suite l, <br />Ellensburg, WA; and <br />WHEREAS: Four (4) bids were received for the prescribed work.
