KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: August 18, 2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards approval to advertise a call to bid for removal <br />and disposal of County owned mobile homes. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County purchased the Shady brook mobile home park <br />and several trailers. Many of the County owned trailers are <br />vacant and in disrepair. At this time the County would like to <br />advertise for services to have the Vacant County Owned mobile <br />homes removed and properly disposed of. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Commissioners office, Prosecutors office, Auditors office and <br />Assessors office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommend the Boards approval to advertise the call for bids. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Clerk of the Board to Advertise <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Public Notice <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Johnson <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
