AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, August 18, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the 2020 bilateral modification
between the Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office.
BACKGROUND: The Sheriff's Office is currently in agreement with the Bureau of
Land Management (which was acknowledge by the Board on May 19,2020). On August
10, 2020 the Sheriff's Office received a bilateral modification to add additional funding
in the amount of $7,500 and change the contracting officer information.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the 2020 bilateral modification
between the Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office.
HANDLING: Sheriff's Office to return one signed original to BOCC.
