KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, August 18, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the 2020 bilateral modification <br />between the Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office. <br />BACKGROUND: The Sheriff's Office is currently in agreement with the Bureau of <br />Land Management (which was acknowledge by the Board on May 19,2020). On August <br />10, 2020 the Sheriff's Office received a bilateral modification to add additional funding <br />in the amount of $7,500 and change the contracting officer information. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the 2020 bilateral modification <br />between the Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office. <br />HANDLING: Sheriff's Office to return one signed original to BOCC. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
