ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for In-Home Services. (Effective
date: 05/18/2020 – End Date: 30 days’ notice by KCPHD or Emergency Operations Center)
BACKGROUND:
The PSA between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank to provide grocery and/or
prepared meal delivery to individuals under isolation or quarantine order at their place of
residence, for a total of two weeks per household, unless extended by order of the Emergency
Operations Center (EOC) or Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD).

Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 14, 2020
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 24, 2020
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for In- Home services. (Effective
date: 07/01/2020 – End Date: 30 days’ notice by KCPHD or Emergency Operations Center)
