EMERGENCY SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 4:00 P.M. JULY 29, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. (via Webex)
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II - Webex;
Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Clay Myers, Sheriff -
Webex; Darren Higashiyama, Chief Deputy; Tristen Lamb, Public Health
Administrator; Dr. Mark Larson, Public Health Official; Stephanie
Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor III – Webex and 6 members of the public.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 4:03 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 30
minutes to consider matters affecting national security. No action
was anticipated.
At 4:33 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 4:33 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider matters
affecting national security. No action was anticipated.
At 5:03 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
Meeting adjourned at 5:03 p.m.
