KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM April 27, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />Cory Wright, and Laura Osiadacz <br />Others:, Dan Carlson (CDS) <br />Meeting was called to order at 1:30 pm <br />Update on construction allowerd under current stay at home <br />orders <br />Director Carlson briefed the Board of County Commissioners on <br />the modified health orders to allow for existing construction <br />projects to resume. As of right now, Community Development <br />Services only is accepting inspection requests via phone to <br />verify that the project was started before March 23, 2020. Staff <br />is currently limiting the number of inspections per day to 45 <br />because response for inspections has been high.
