Regular Meeting
MONDAY 1:30 PM April 27, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman
Cory Wright, and Laura Osiadacz

Meeting was called to order at 1:30 pm
Update on construction allowerd under current stay at home
orders
Director Carlson briefed the Board of County Commissioners on
the modified health orders to allow for existing construction
projects to resume. As of right now, Community Development
Services only is accepting inspection requests via phone to
verify that the project was started before March 23, 2020. Staff
is currently limiting the number of inspections per day to 45
because response for inspections has been high. Inspectors will
utilize Skype for inspections when able to limit the in-person
contact.
The meeting was adjourned 2:07 p.m.
