ACTION REQUIRED: Request to Approve a Letter to Intuit for Master Admin. Authorization

BACKGROUND: In the past year, the Treasurer has been unable to access our QuickBooks
data. Attempts to recover her password have been unsuccessful. Intuit is
requiring various forms of proof that she is the Administrator of our
QuickBooks license and has the right to access the program. This letter is
one of their requirements.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve and sign the attached letter.
