ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the PSA between Elmview and Kittitas
County. (Effective dates: July 1, 2020 -June 30, 2021)
BACKGROUND:
The PSA is established to establish subcontracted employment and day services for people with
developmental disabilities in Kittitas County per the county’s responsibilities as outlined in
attachments.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 08, 2020.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 10, 2020.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the PSA between Elmview and Kittitas
County. (Effective dates: July 1, 2020 -June 30, 2021)
