Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />07/21/2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the amendment to Amendment 1 to the <br />County Services Agreement between Department of Social and Health Services and the Kittitas <br />County Public Health Department. Effective dates are 07/01/2020 to 06/30/2021. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The county program agreement with Washington State DDA County Services is to provide <br />administration and pass-thru funds for developmental disabilities employment and day services <br />along with information and education funds. The amendment increases funds and extends the <br />contract date one year. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 09, 2020. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 10, 2020. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Board of County Commissioners’ approves and signs <br />Amendment 1 to the County Services Agreement between the Department of Social and Health <br />Services and Kittitas County Public Health Department.
