ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the amendment to Amendment 1 to the
County Services Agreement between Department of Social and Health Services and the Kittitas
County Public Health Department. Effective dates are 07/01/2020 to 06/30/2021.
BACKGROUND:
The county program agreement with Washington State DDA County Services is to provide
administration and pass-thru funds for developmental disabilities employment and day services
along with information and education funds. The amendment increases funds and extends the
contract date one year.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 09, 2020.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 10, 2020.
RECOMMENDATION: The Board of County Commissioners’ approves and signs
Amendment 1 to the County Services Agreement between the Department of Social and Health
Services and Kittitas County Public Health Department. (Effective: July 1, 2020 through June
30, 2021)
