JULY 13, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright (via WebEx). <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of <br />the Board I; Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending July 10, 2020 was <br />presented. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION 2021 BUDGET PRIORITIES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith was tasked with working with Staff and Judy <br />Pless, Budget and Finance Manager to get the Annual Budget Retreat <br />on the schedule for August and to set up a meeting for possibly <br />later this week to discuss the BoCC priorities. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2020-133 ILA SHELTER FUNDING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-133, A <br />Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal Agreement with the <br />City of Ellensburg Related to Shelter Funding.
