JULY 13, 2020 <br />Board members present via WebEx: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk <br />of the Board I; Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim Engineer; <br />Benjamin West, Director of Airport Operations and 2 members of the <br />public. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:02 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 30 <br />minutes with Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim Engineer and <br />Benjamin West, Director of Airport Operations, per RCW 42.30.140 to <br />consider Collective Bargaining Sessions with employee organizations, <br />including contract negotiations, grievance meetings, and discussions <br />relating to the interpretation or application of a labor agreement; <br />or (b) that position of a meeting which during the governing body is <br />planning or adopting the strategy or position to be taken by the <br />governing body during the course of any collective bargaining, <br />professional negotiations, or grievance or mediation proceedings, or <br />reviewing the proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings <br />while in progress, and noted no anticipated action. <br /> <br />At 11:32 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
