HomeMy WebLinkAboutPetty Cash Resolution KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RESOLUTION NO. _2020-________ A Resolution Changing Authorized Cash Balances for Petty Cash, Revolving Funds, Till Accounts, Funds on Deposit, etc. for 2020 WHEREAS, The County Auditor is establishing a master list of all department and county fund petty cash custodians and petty cash dollar amounts; and WHEREAS, the previous Resolution Number 2019-087 must be updated and rescinded due to changes in dollar amounts and personnel. WHEREAS, this resolution is authorizing $200 for Upper District Court to leaving in their bank account of offset the banking fees. Upper District Court has three bank accounts and will need the funds allocations as follows: Upper District Court – County $150 Upper District Court – Cle Elum Municipal Court $50 Upper District Court – Roslyn Municipal Court $50 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following custodians are approved for the maintenance of petty cash accounts in their respective departments.
