Please review the attached Agreement between Xerox Financial Services and the Upper District
court for Xerox Altal-ink C8045 Copy machine and Image Charge.

Resolution:
Note the requirement to return it in same condition other than normal wear and tear.
Payments more than 5 days late incur the penalty described in section 2.
Read section 8 - use may effect rate on an annual basis.
Note also the risk of loss/insurance issues in section 15.
Don't mess up - Connecticut law applies, and is the venue!
Nothing to negotiate and you take it or leave it, but every such contract is going to be like this.
