I have attached some documents that you may or may not need. The original 2013 documents to include the assignment to Andrew. 2018 lease addendum documents. 2019 new lease that Public Works sent Andrew, and a 2019 addendum that was sent. You may not need all of these, but they should help. I need Legal help to do an addendum that keeps with the original contract and assignment Andrew agreed to with the updated 14 cents sf rental rate. Latest update: Uploading lease amendment.
