JUNE 29, 2020 <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; and Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, <br />Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the <br />Board II; Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Interim Maintenance <br />Director/Project Manager; Jim Goeben, IT Director and 1 member of <br />the public. <br /> REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br />There was no Correspondence Log to review for the week ending June <br />29, 2020. <br /> REQUEST FLAGS AROUND ELLENSBURG COMMISSIONERS <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board overviewed a yearly request for <br />Flags Around Ellensburg from the Boy Scouts. It is $50 per year for <br />the subscription. Commissioner Wright moved to approve the <br />subscription. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. During discussion <br />Commissioner Wright stated his support for this program. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> REQUEST WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD APPOINTMENT COMMISSIONERS <br />Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II stated this request <br />came from the Water Conservancy Board to appoint Theo Leonard from <br />his alternate position to the current vacancy in seat #1, noting he <br />would complete Mr. Morrison’s term and it would end on 4/15/2025.
