COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON AGENDA SESSION REGULAR MEETING
TUESDAY 10:00 A.M. JUNE 2, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith. Via Phone: Vice-
Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board Jerry Pettit, Auditor; Via
Webex: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; and Taylor Crouch,
Deputy Clerk of the Board I.
Kittitas County is currently in Phase 2 and in person participation is
prohibited. The public was encouraged to join the meeting by calling 1-
406-418-9388 with Event Number 961 504 513.
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wachsmith called the meeting to order.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE
Chairman Wachsmith led the Pledge of Allegiance.
INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – NONE PROCLAMATIONS - NONE AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve the Agenda, as presented.
Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. CONSENT AGENDA
Chairman Wachsmith announced that the Agenda Study Session had been
cancelled for Monday June 1, 2020 and therefore the Board would be
reviewing all items individually prior to making any motions. At the
conclusion of reviewing each item:
Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented.
Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0.

RESOLUTION 2020-112 INTERLOCAL – SECRETARY OF STATE AUDITOR
Approve Resolution No. 2020-112, Authorizing Execution of an
Intergovernmental Agreement between Kittitas County and the State of
Washington, Secretary of State and Kittitas County for CARES Act
Election Funding.
RESOLUTION 2020-113 INTERLOCAL – SECRETARY OF STATE AUDITOR
Approve Resolution No. 2020-113, Authorizing Execution of an
Intergovernmental Agreement between Kittitas County and the State of
Washington, Secretary of State and Kittitas County for HAVA 3 Election
Funding.
