BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2O2O -t2l <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR TIIE BIG BOULDER CREEK ROAD BRIDGE <br />REPLACEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORIG DIRECTOR TO <br />EXECUTE THE SAME <br />WHEREAS: On Apil2l,2020,the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />approved award for procurement of a 60-foot metal girder bridge (Resolution No. <br />2020-087); and <br />WHEREAS:The Department of Public Works solicited bids forthe Big Boulder Creek Road <br />Bridge Replacement from three pre-qualified bidders who attended the <br />mandatory pre-bid site meeting May 30, 2019; and, <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on June I0,2020 at the Kittitas County Permit Center, <br />Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, WA; and <br />WHEREAS: Two (2) bids were received for the prescribed work.
