Action Requested:
Request the Board acknowledge the Budget & Finance Manager’s signature on the amendment to
D17-1016 for the State Fire Management Assistance Application FMAGP-001 for the Jolly
Mountain
Background:
On September 2 the Board of County Commissioners signed a Declaration of Emergency, per
Resolution 2017-143. Kittitas County is eligible to seek reimbursement from Washington State
Military Department.
On December 5, 2017 the Board signed the agreement with State Fire Management Assistance
Application FMAGP-001 and one of the documents signed was to allow the Budget & Finance
Manager to sign agreement documents.
We have an amendment to the agreement extending the end date from September 2, 2020 to
September 2, 2021.
Recommendation
Recommend the Board approve the Budget & Finance Manager’s signature on the amendment to
the D17-1016 for the State Fire Management Assistance Application FMAGP-001 for the Jolly
Mountain
