<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO._______ <br /> <br />A Resolution Establishing Fund 102 - Elections Security Grant <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on June 2, 2020 approved the <br />agreement from the U.S. Elections Assistance Commission through the Washington State <br />Secretary State which awarded Kittitas County $154,405.29 for Election Security, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the contract has specific requirements, it is recommended by the County <br />Auditor to create a new fund to manage the expenditures and investment requirements, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the budget will be created in the amount of $154,405.29. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners hereby establishes fund 102 - Elections Security Grant. <br /> <br />AND, NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the funds will be invested by <br />the County Treasurer for the maximum return and the interest will be credited to this fund. <br /> <br />APPROVED, this 16th day of June 2020. <br /> <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br /> <br />ATTEST _____________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chairman <br />_______________________________ <br />Clerk of the Board _____________________________ <br /> Cory Wright, Commissioner
