MAY 27, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz (via WebEx) and Commissioner Cory Wright (via WebEx). <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board (via Webex); Neil Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy <br />(via WebEx); Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II(via <br />WebEx); Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer(via <br />WebEx);Dan Carlson, CDS Director (via Webex); Judy Pless, Budget and <br />Finance Manager (via Webex); and Lindsey Ozbolt, Planning Official <br />(via WebEx) <br /> SPECIAL MEETING PLANNING UPDATE/COVID-19 COMMISSIONERS <br />At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting for the <br />Board to provide planning updates relating to COVID-19. RESOLUTION NO.2020-110 INTERAGENCY AG. WITH COMMERCE COMMISSIONERS <br />Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager overviewed the Resolution <br />with the Board. Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve Resolution No. <br />2020-110 A Resolution to Approve an Interlocal Agreement with <br />Kittitas County Through the Coronavirus Relief Fund from Washington <br />State Department of Commerce. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. FORMATION ECONOMIC RECOVERY COMMITTEE COMMISSIONERS <br />Chairman Wachsmith pulled this item and tabled it until the next <br />planning meeting. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:07 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 20 minutes with Neil Caulkins, Chief <br />Civil Deputy (via WebEx), Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim <br />County Engineer(via WebEx); Dan Carlson, CDS Director (via Webex); <br />and Lindsey Ozbolt, Planning Official (via WebEx) to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
