ACTION REQUESTED:
Request for approval of agreement with APS, Inc,for Postage Machine Lease Agreement and FP Mailing
Solution for Post Base Vision Meter.
BACKGROUND:
The current lease for our postage machine ends 6/16/2020. This is for replacement of the current machine.
The current lease payment is $193.33 monthly, this will be a reduction to $132.92 plus tax.
INTERACTION:
DPA Doug Mitchell has reviewed and approved.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Upper District Court recommends approval of the agreements. Thank you.
HANDLING:
Return of 1 original to the Court.
