This is for replacement of the current machine. <br />The current lease payment is $193.33 monthly, this will be a reduction to $132.92 plus tax. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />DPA Doug Mitchell has reviewed and approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Upper District Court recommends approval of the agreements.
