ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve Resolution for and acknowledgement of County Auditor signature on Intergovernmental
Agreement between the State of Washington Secretary of State and Kittitas County for HAVA 3 Election
funding.
BACKGROUND:
This is HAVA 3 funding "to improve the administration of elections for Federal office, including to enhance
election technology and make election security improvements" to the systems, equipment and processes
used in Federal elections.

Washington Secretary of State and Kittitas County Prosecutor
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution for and acknowledgement of County Auditor signature on Intergovernmental
Agreement between the State of Washington Secretary of State and Kittitas County for HAVA 3 Election
funding.
