ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve Resolution for and acknowledge of County Auditor signature on Intergovernmental Agreement
between the State of Washington of Washington Secretary of State and Kittitas County for CARES Act
Election funding.
BACKGROUND:
This is specific CARES Act funding for the purpose of preventing, preparing for, and responding to
coronavirus for the 2020 Federal election cycle. When this was approved previously it did not include the
required resolution.

RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution for and acknowledge of County Auditor signature on Intergovernmental Agreement
