BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF IilTTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR <br />THE 2O2O ANNUAL PAINT STRIPE PROGRAM <br />AND AUTHORTZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAME <br />WIIEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the2o20 Annual Paint <br />Stripe Program in accordance with RCW 39.04.155 Small Works Roster <br />Contract Procedures, and <br />WIIEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on May 1I,2020 at 8:00 a.m. in the Kittitas <br />County Permit Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, <br />Suite 1, Ellensburg, WashinEon; and <br />WHEREAS: Two (2) bids were received for the prescribed work.
