KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: May 19, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing for June 2, 2020 at 2pm to <br />consider an irrigation franchise with Brett Gibb on Cleman Road <br />BACKGROUND: Brett Gibb has applied for an irrigation franchise to replace an <br />existing irrigation pipe that has failed due to age. The proposed <br />franchise is to install a 12" irrigation pipe on Cleman Road. <br />The Franchise Application is complete and the appropriate <br />application fee has been collected. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a public hearing on June 2, 2020 at 2:00 pm and advertise <br />accordingly, to consider an irrigation franchise with Brett Gibb on <br />Cleman Road. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Franchise Application <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark Cook <br />Director of Public Works <br />
