COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS AUDITORIUM EMERGENCY SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 4:00 P.M. APRIL 30, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith. Via Webex: Vice-
Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Dr. Mark Larson, Public
Health Official; Tristen Lamb, Public Health Director Via Webex: Greg
Zempel, Prosecutor; Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor; Christopher
Horner, Deputy Prosecutor and Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 4:02 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened an Emergency Special Meeting and
announced the Board would be recessing into an Executive Session for 45
minutes with Dr. Mark Larson, Public Health Official; Tristen Lamb,
Public Health Director Via Webex: Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; Stephanie
Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor; Christopher Horner, Deputy Prosecutor and
Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor, to consider matters affecting national
security. No action was anticipated.
At 4:47 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No action
was taken.
At 4:47 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 30 minutes to consider matters affecting
national security. No action was anticipated.
At 5:17 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No action
was taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:17 p.m.
