DECEMBER 29, 2015 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman, Gary Berndt and Commissioner <br />Paul Jewell. Excused: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Judy Pless, Budget & <br />Finance Manager; Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer; and Jerry Pettit, <br />Auditor. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING AMEND 2015 COUNTY BUDGET AUDITOR <br /> <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN BERNDT opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />Amending the 2015 Budget. <br /> <br />JUDY PLESS, BUDGET & FINANCE MANAGER reviewed a Staff Report and <br />proposed Resolution which would amend the 2015 County Budget in the <br />total amount of $2,251,767.00 <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN ATTENDANCE REQUESTING TO <br />TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2015-191 AMEND 2015 COUNTY BUDGET AUDITOR <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Resolution No. 2015-191, and to <br />strike/omit Sheriff’s Request #201512001 from the Resolution CHAIRMAN <br />BERNDT seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2015-192 CLOSE FUND 121 AUDITOR <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Resolution No. 2015-192, Closing <br />Fund #121 Treasurer ULID #9 and RID #96-1 Reserve, effective December <br />29, 2015. CHAIRMAN BERNDT seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2015-193 AMEND RESOLUTION 2015-175 AUDITOR <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Resolution No. 2015-193, Amending <br />Resolution No. 2015-175, for the Levying Certification for the General <br />Fund for Municipal Purposes of Kittitas County, Washington for the <br />Year 2016, According to the Assessed Valuation as Determined in the <br />Year 2015. CHAIRMAN BERNDT seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
