COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 11:00 A.M. DECEMBER 28, 2015
Board members present: Chairman Gary Berndt and Commissioner Paul
Jewell. Excused: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Mickey Webb, Event
Center Director. Via phone: Roxie Nato, CC Consulting.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:05 a.m. Chairman Berndt opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10 minutes to
consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate
by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such
consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No
action was anticipated.
At 11:15 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 11:15 a.m. the Chairman Berndt announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection
of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase
when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.
At 11:25 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 11:25 a.m. Chairman Berndt announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.
At 11:30 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 11:30 a.m. Chairman Berndt announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.

At 11:35 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Chairman Berndt moved to authorize Commissioner Jewell to continue
with negotiations and to instruct Mickey Webb, Event Center Director
and CC Consulting to provide information to Commissioner Jewell when
it becomes available. Commissioner Jewell seconded. Motion carried
2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 11:36 a.m.
